Chrome:
1. Using the address bar - Navigate to chrome://settings/content/javascript click on "Sites can use Javascript"
2. Using clicks - Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Javascript > Sites can use JavaScript
Firefox:
Navigate to about:config, click on "Accept the Risk and Continue" button. Search for javascript.enabled property
