SHELL

sudo: /opt/lampp/lampp: command not found

if you are facing this issue than it means that lampp file which is
actually a shortcut has just got deleted located at /opt/lampp/lampp !
because of which the apache won't be getting started neither will be sql or ftp.
so you just need to install a new apache instance and copy paste the lampp
from there to your prev lampp folder !
then it will work !
it took me the hole day to understand this bug !
