if( !$.isArray(siteArray) ||  !siteArray.length ) {
    //handler either not an array or empty array
}

Any array in JSON object is not empty

data = {
  'a': [],
  'b': [],
  'c': [1,2,3]
}

result = any(item for item in data.values())

print(result)
