laravel add params form submission

// ex. using a var in param. 
<form action="/apply/{{ $data -> id }}" ...>

set additional params to form laravel

// a GET form can't specify the GET params in the action using the 
// question mark syntax, as it gets dropped as the form generates the URL from

// instead you can put a hidden form field
