how to install gnome user theme extension terminal

1. sudo apt update
2. sudo apt install gnome-tweaks
3. sudo apt install gnome-shell-extensions

4. Hit Alt+F2 keyboard shortcut and then type "r" and hit Enter

5. Go to "Extensions" and enable "user themes"

-> now you can install your themes :)
