install nodeos as service linux

# You need only to add that file to /etc/systemd/system/nodeos.service
# In that example nodeos is installed in that folder : /home/nodeos/.local/share/eosio/nodeos
# And execute that commands : 
# sudo chmod +x /etc/systemd/system/nodeos.service
# sudo systemctl start nodeos
# sudo systemctl enable nodeos
