remove xampp from ubuntu

 // creats an uninstall exec file
 sudo chmod +x /opt/lampp/uninstall
 
 // call the exec file to uninstall ( an user interface it will appear )
 sudo /opt/lampp/uninstall
 

to stop XAMPP ubuntu

sudo /opt/lampp/lampp start

sudo /opt/lampp/lampp stop

remove xampp from ubuntu

sudo -i 
cd /opt/lampp 
./uninstall
